Loved the app as it was...agree with others that that removal of the speaker/channel isolator will have me looking for a new app...it was the best thing about the app!

Loved the older version- was FORCED into the update, which took away the channel separation capability, as well as the inability to RESTORE my previously purchased upgrade to the PRO Version. . . I hope that the developers will heed the advise of what appears to be a common complaint from many reviews I have read so far. Otherwise, this new version is NOW just like any other scanner app that is out there--mediocre at best.

The new upgrade is very disappointing. Channel separation was taken away, which I needed for my radio system. App turns off in about a minute. Going to try to reload the old version, or switch to a different product. :-(

Dont take the scanner near me away and it shuts its self off at random. Come on guys it aint broke why change it.

The new look is all good but not at the price of removing features. As other people mentioned - split channel is gone, volume boost is gone. And, the channel metadata that previously scrolled across is gone too. Lets get some of these basic features back.

I purchased this app a while ago and after upgrade I cant restore purchase. Now I cant even select my local (city) police/fire/EMT like before (available with pro version). Please restore otherwise I have no use for it.

Ive used this app for years. Loved it. I understand updating the interface, but when I open the app, it defaults to Chicago. Im in Dallas, why Chicago? Either add the ability to edit the default feed or I will have to spend my money on a new scanner app. I want to add that I believe this is my first app review. That should state how unhappy with the update I am.

I like nothing about the latest version and have gone back to using another scanner app. Why would you try to change the app when your users were perfectly happy with the product as it was? I cant believe it took two years to develop your update. Were you working this in a complete vacuum with no feedback? I would suggest you look closely at the barrage of recent negative ratings and roll back to the previous version to salvage your reputation and provide your customers what they initially paid for.

I upgraded to Pro after years of original... The original seemed fine. But OK, here we go Pro. Add a sleep timer please. Thanks.

Lost a couple great features....sleep timer being my fav. Left/right audio being my 2nd fav. Will switch apps if not fixed soon (start with the sleep timer)!

This was a great app. Now there is no settings, when I open the app it always opens to Chicago. Nothing against Chicago but Im in denver! Why cant it open to my favorites any more? Please fix this!

The new version frequently stops playing. Many transmissions are garbled. Opens to Chicago every time. Used to open to last listened to.

Ive had this app for a few years and listen to it regularly. The update, however, has been a bit annoying. The biggest problem is that the scanner doesnt let me listen past 20 mins. What I mean is the volume cuts off and I have to completely turn off and restart the scan. I also liked being able to see which channel I was hearing so I knew which call I was listening to. I still love the app, but its frustrating to have to restart the scan after 20 mins.

It was pro. Then they updated. I think they accidentally put the free version over the Pro app version!?!?

The stations cut out after 10-15 minutes. Also it always defaults Chicago.

The new interface looks like it was designed by a child - or someone who never uses the product. The previous version was much easier and more intuitive to use, and this version will force me to look at your competitors. BTW, like many scanner users, I have no interest in recording the conversations; making that such a large part of the control panel is a mistake - please give us the option of using the previous version!

As a SW developer I am so ticked off they removed features (alarm, channel selector) I consider core (reason I paid $$ for it) to augment features they considered core. I dont use this app anymore.

This app is bs it does not get the police 1z it says the free 1z are better

This used to be my go-to scanner app, especially because our local fire feed shares a channel with police, so the "left right" option was essential to listen to only fire traffic. With the last "upgrade", you took that away, which makes the app almost worthless to me now. Its a big "no no" to take away a major feature when you upgrade an app. If you overhaul the software but dont have all features re-implemented, then you are just not ready to release yet. It has been quite a while since this was removed, and still no update to fix what was broken. Hence my 1 star review. Its also very annoying, and lazy programming, to not save default selections. When I start the app, I do NOT want to listen to Chicago Police when I dont even live in that state!
